Norfolk Native. Veteran Educator. Former Principal of Maury High School.
Michael Spencer is a proud Norfolk native and Maury High School graduate who has dedicated more than 50 years to education.
His experience includes serving as a teacher, principal, Deputy Superintendent, Interim Superintendent of Norfolk Public Schools, and Head of School both nationally and internationally.
Throughout his career, Michael has focused on one mission: ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed in safe, supportive, and high-achieving schools.
